No refunds will be issued for completed programs/courses or if the refund request is made after the stipulated refund period for the respective offering.

2.1. Individual Upskilling Courses (Self-Paced or Instructor-Led)

Usage Limit: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have consumed more than 20% of the course content. This includes, but is not limited to, video lectures watched, assignments submitted, quizzes attempted, or downloadable resources accessed. Our system tracks content consumption.

Denial of Refund: Refunds will be denied if:

Bootcamps are intensive, cohort-based, live-instructor-led programs. Due to their structured nature and limited seating, the refund policy is stricter.

Pre-Bootcamp Refund:

If you cancel your enrollment 7 calendar days or more prior to the official start date of the bootcamp, you will be eligible for a full refund of the bootcamp fee paid, minus a 10% administrative processing fee.

If you cancel your enrollment less than 7 calendar days but more than 48 hours prior to the official start date of the bootcamp, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the bootcamp fee paid.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to the official start date of the bootcamp.

Post-Bootcamp Start Refund:

No refunds will be provided once the bootcamp has officially commenced, regardless of attendance or participation. This is due to the immediate allocation of resources, instructor time, and limited cohort space.

Transfer Policy: In exceptional circumstances, at AnantaTrainings's sole discretion, you may be allowed to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort of the same bootcamp, subject to availability and a transfer fee. This must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the original bootcamp start date.

2.3. Mothers Back to Career Program
This is a specialized, comprehensive program often involving mentorship, personalized guidance, and extensive resources.

If you cancel your enrollment 15 calendar days or more prior to the official program start date, you will receive a full refund of the program fee paid, minus a 10% administrative processing fee.

2.5. Corporate Programs (Customized Training for Organizations)
Corporate programs are tailored to specific organizational needs and typically involve bespoke content, dedicated instructors, and contractual agreements.

Agreement Governs Refunds: Refunds for Corporate Programs are strictly governed by the specific terms and conditions outlined in the signed contract or Statement of Work (SOW) between AnantaTrainings and the corporate client.

No Standard Policy: This general refund policy does not apply to corporate programs. Any refund, cancellation, or rescheduling terms will be explicitly detailed in the individual corporate agreement.

3. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
AnantaTrainings reserves the right to offer refunds in exceptional circumstances not covered by this policy, at its sole discretion. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

Confirmed technical issues on AnantaTrainings's side that prevented access or effective use of the Service for a significant period.

Discontinuation of a course or program by AnantaTrainings that you have purchased, before you had reasonable opportunity to complete it.
Any such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
