When you enroll in a course, whether free or paid, AnantaTrainings grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and view the course content and associated materials solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the AnantaTrainings platform and Services, in accordance with these Terms. This license is for your individual use only and cannot be shared or exchanged with others.
 
4.2 Lifetime Access
 
AnantaTrainings generally provides lifetime access to purchased courses. "Lifetime access" means you will have access to the course content for as long as AnantaTrainings continues to offer the course and the Services. We reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use courses at any time in the event that we decide to discontinue offering a course for legal or policy reasons, or if you violate these Terms or our policies.
 
4.3 Course Modifications
 
AnantaTrainings may, at its sole discretion, modify, update, or discontinue any course or any part of the Services at any time. We don't guarantee that all content will be complete, accurate, or free from errors.
 
4.4 Technical Requirements
 
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the necessary system requirements, including compatible hardware, software, telecommunications equipment, and internet service, prior to purchasing or accessing any course content. We are unable to provide refunds where your access to the Services is inhibited due to insufficient system requirements on your end.
 
5. Payments, Refunds, and Credits
 
 
5.1 Pricing
 
Prices for courses on AnantaTrainings.com are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.
 
5.2 Payment
 
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner using a valid payment method. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees using other collection mechanisms. We must receive your payment in full before providing you with access to the Services.
 
5.3 Refunds
 
AnantaTrainings offers a 7-day refund policy for most course purchases. If you're not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you haven't completed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, please contact our support team at supportteam@anantatrainings.com with your purchase details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that certain promotions or bundles may have different refund policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. AnantaTrainings reserves the right to deny a refund if there is any suspected abuse of the refund policy.
 
5.4 No Refunds for Completed Courses
 
No refunds will be issued for courses that have been substantially completed (more than 20%) or if the refund request is made after the 7-day period.
 
5.5 Promotional Codes and Credits
 
AnantaTrainings may offer promotional codes or credits. These are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of issuance. Promotional codes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
 
6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnantaTrainings, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services, even if AnantaTrainings has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall AnantaTrainings's aggregate liability for all claims related to the Services exceed the total amount of fees received by AnantaTrainings from you for the use of paid Services during the past six months, or INR 5000, whichever is greater.

10. Termination
 
 
10.1 By AnantaTrainings
 
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, in our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that we deem harmful or inappropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
 
10.2 By You
 
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account and any associated data or courses. No refunds will be issued for termination initiated by you, except as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
 
11.2 Jurisdiction

The language of the arbitration shall be English. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on AnantaTrainings.com, constitute the entire agreement between you and AnantaTrainings regarding your use of the Services.
